What we collect
When you start the free kit, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your intake / goal answers (what you tell us about your goal, time this week, and what “I started” means)
We do not ask for phone numbers for calls. Delivery is written and async.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to send your free Next Step Kit and related written check-ins (daily next steps, Day 7 wrap, and similar follow-up in writing).
No calls. No selling your address.
Unsubscribe
You can stop anytime by replying stop to any kit email. We will stop sending kit messages to that address.
